Thanks god, it is not on the level of legislation; it is just self-censorship :-) Isn't it?
Sure, they can do it with television, since it is under control of the government. Sure, they won't do anything with the sphere of Internet; Internet people are well-educated, they understand their rights and will resist if the government tries to interfere their "virtual space" and dictate what to write.
Last, please, pay attention to the sources of information: Kommersant, Echo of Moscow... They also mentioned this funny oposition guy Garry Kasparov ))) Alternative media, oposition media, which prone to exagerate and give one-sided coverage... )))
